We are looking for someone to join our small but growing team based at our Head Office in Newcastle. The apprentice will contribute to the running of the vehicle fleet by assisting with a variety of administration tasks. They will also gain experience supporting the Customer Service team.
Training to be provided:
Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Business Administration
Functional skills Maths, English and IT, if required.
Expected course duration: 12 months
Number of hours: 37.5 hours
Working pattern: Monday to Friday – hours to be confirmed
Salary: £138.75 per week
Scheduling servicing of vehicles and applying for renewals, e.g Tax, Breakdown cover etc
Completing breakdown submissions and identifying, where applicable, charge backs to members
Cross check booking system with vehicle issues
Contacting drivers to advise of any changes to their bookings
Organise windscreen and tyre repairs/replacements
Supporting the Customer Support team as and when required with admin processes and customer support calls
