KEYFORT are expanding their team and are looking for the right candidate to become their Office Administrator.

Training to be provided:

You will work towards a Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Business Administration with Gateshead College and functional skills Maths and English if required.

Expected course duration: 12 months

Number of hours: 40 hours per week

Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm

Salary: £180.00 per week

Job description:

  • Provide clear, consistent, quality and confidential admin, HR and financial support.

  • Process timesheets received to ensure they are correct for Payroll and Invoicing purposes.

  • Actively manage invoice queries with an aim to reduce and prevent further queries.

  • Support the Finance Manager and Payroll Manager in their roles, undertaking any delegated duties on an ad hoc basis.

  • Assist with the pre-employment process

  • Assist with internal and external web site recruitment.

  • Support managers in the recruitment process, ensuring consistency throughout and procedures are followed.

  • Provide support and information to the HR Advisor on operational issues.

  • Work positively at all times with all members of the team

  • Cover reception duties as required.
