Level 2 BTEC Diploma in Customer Service (standard)
Functional skills maths, English and IT, if required.
Expected course duration: 12 months

Number of hours: 35 hours

Working pattern: 9am-5pm (Monday to Friday)

Salary: £129.50 - £175 per week

Job description:

  • Dealing with emails and calls from clients regularly

  • Attending team meetings

  • Data Entry using excel and in-house system

  • Manipulating data and creating reports using relevant resources

  • Rate Reviews

  • Helping with RFP tenders

  • Perform QA tasks when required

  • Foster team spirit

  • Produce documentation as required

  • Assist in requirements gathering

  • Helping out on larger projects as required.


Desired skills:

  • Excellent written and spoken English, good social skills

  • Confident communicator in English, providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

  • Process-oriented

  • Comfortable working on a computer for most the day, heavy focus on data processing 

  • Sound knowledge of MS.  Will mainly be using Excel

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to convert data into meaningful insights

  • Interested in Legaltech, AI
