Training to be provided:
You will work towards a Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Customer Service with Gateshead College and functional skills Maths, English and IT, if required.
Expected course duration: 12 months
Number of hours: 35 hours per week
Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm with 45 min lunch
Salary: £157.50 - £175.00 per week
The Customer Service role will be working closely with our Marketing Team to ensure that the company’s brand identity is exceptional alongside high standard of customer service. The role has responsibility for carrying out the timely completion of administration tasks and contributes to providing an outstanding customer experience.
Communicating with customers both via email, telephone and face to face to ensure an outstanding customer service experience.
Liaising with marketing department to ensure social media reflects the level of customer service standards.
Working closely with Marketing department to create Marketing campaigns.
Responsible for greeting customers in a confident and professional manner.
Providing clerical support including sending correspondence to and on behalf of clients and other members of staff.
Responsible for processing relevant documents and recording details using IT systems.
Accurately updating and maintaining records and reports both computerised and paper based.
Providing an excellent support function to internal colleagues.
